1. Production & Processing Time

• Production: As our products are 3D printed to order, please allow 1-3 business days for printing and quality checks.

• Processing: Once produced, your order will be dispatched within 3 business day.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

3. Shipping Rates

• Calculated Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more products.

• Canada: Orders are subject to applicable GST/HST based on your province.

• USA: For international orders to the US, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's progress.
