  • Ownership: All 3D models, images, logos, and content on this site are the property of Flighter Crafting Inc. or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  • Client-Provided Files: For custom 3D printing services, the customer warrants that they own the intellectual property rights to any files provided. We disclaim all liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-provided designs.

3. Product Disclaimer

  • 3D Printing Nature: Customers acknowledge that 3D printed items may exhibit minor surface textures or layering characteristics inherent to the manufacturing process. These are not considered defects.

  • Usage: Unless specified, products are intended for decorative or general use. We are not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the misuse of 3D printed components or their use in high-stress environments.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flighter Crafting Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
