Refund policy

Our adapters are designed to fit most people’s play style and cannot tailor to individual’s style. If you are using the adapter for the first time, it usually takes up to two weeks of playing to get used to the adapter which is totally normal. We suggest keep trying playing with the adapter to get used to it. If the adapter does not fit your play style, you can return the adapter to:

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the package and the adapter is found to be undamaged and in a re-sellable status, we will refund the product fee. Shipping fee will not be refunded.
